How can I connect my bank accounts?

Connecting bank accounts in the app is a very simple and swift process. There are two ways you can connect your bank account.

The first method is the following:

1. Open the Mafhoom app. 

2. Go to Settings > Personal > Linked Accounts

3. Tap the  + icon on the top right Or tap +Add New Account at the bottom.

4. Go to Personal > Linked Accounts > Add new account.

5. To link your account, tap Continue.

6. Select your bank from the list

7. Press Continue if you agree to give permission to Mafhoom.

8. Add your Customer ID and Password > Secure Login. 

9. Your account is connected.

The Second method:

1. Open Mafhoom App.

2. Go to Home

3. Tap +Add New Account under the Accounts section.

4. Repeat steps 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

After you have completed the above steps, your bank transactions will be synced in the app, which takes up to 3 to 15 minutes to fetch your transactions. This connecting/waiting time depends on how fast your bank facilitates the data transfer.

If your bank is not listed, you can submit a request to add your bank.

2. Select your bank > tap Submit.
