My income is showing incorrect numbers, how can I fix it?

The system sometimes shows inaccurate numbers, whereas the actual income might be high or low. This could happen when non-income positive transactions are categorized as income, OR the actual income transactions are categorized under different categories.

Here's how you can fix them easily:

If the income shown in the app is High

Sometimes transactions can be mistakenly categorized as income, whereas they could be self-transfers, reimbursements or refunds, etc. Therefore, we recommend users to manually re-categorize them. After that, the system will learn and improve categorization accordingly. 

If the income shown in the app is Low

Sometimes when income is shown low, it might be because some positive transactions are not categorized as income transactions. You can simply find that income transaction and change its category to Salary & Income.
